Austin Pastura is still riding for NEW we are currently working on a graphic and contract for him.
Andrew Patura will be testing out the electric winch and will be riding for that part of NEW.
we plan on having our new board called "What the F" by the new year.
we will be announcing the rest of our team and sending them contracts.
WoodWorks
People are curious as to what is the relation between WoodWorks and New.
WoodWorks is using a process that New developed for making wakeskates .
This process creates a high quality wakeskates with a 3 stage like concave as opposed to a continuous skateboard style concave. Neither one is better than the other, but a question of taste.
WoodWorks ” John Ruark and Keith Wilson “spent a huge amount of time promoting New.
And the only way I could pay them back is with my intellectual property.
I wish I could offer more, but wakeskating is a small industry. For now!
In my opinion the way New and WoodWorks make wooden wakeskates is the only way a wakeskate should be built.
It is a complety unique process which makes the best wooden wakeskate.

Mike is back from coasta and ready to shred
New is going to the shaping room for the first time in 3 years.
After playing with a virtual wind tunnel , he discovered a design wich will make a board pop like never before.
this board will be 80% wood 18% carbon and 2% aluminum
4 stage rocker
setback tail rail
venturi bottom
builded in nugs that will not bother normal riding , and still give you the ability to lock in.

Mike Barrett is now taking care of all board building and all web customer service.
This transition was difficult and of course we made mistakes.

Sad but true we had to take down the mini ramp inside the shop
but we are putting a 32 ft wide mini outside with a canvas roof fun fun fun fun
